CEO

As the CEO and Founder of Molfar, Artem Starosiek is an expert in OSINT investigations, with over a decade of experience in the field. He specialises in digital security, due diligence, open source research, and more. Artem is also an owner and publisher of AIN.UA, one of the major Ukrainian IT media outlets.

James Westlake

Head of UK Office

Former British Army officer, trained in surveillance and target acquisition, and Bain and Company engagement manager, with more than a decade of experience working in consulting, private equity and venture capital across Western Europe.

Ievgeniia Bespalova

Chief Strategy Officer

Ievgeniia Bespalova contributes her expertise in strategic development and building partnerships with stakeholders worldwide. She is also an Honorary IT Ambassador of Ukraine who helps to improve the tech domain on a nationwide scale.

COO

Tetiana Kyselchuk has keen knowledge in domains such as digital transformation, company growth, media management, and communications. She was a major contributor to the reformation of the UA:PBC into a media platform with a robust online presence.
