2019 — Launch of a Commercial Intelligence Firm

Molfar Intelligence was established as a client-centred investigation firm customizing research and due diligence solutions to businesses.

2020–2021 — Building Global Partnerships

We were able to work for some of the world's leading agencies and start-ups in number of countries, and establish fruitful partnerships with great clients such as USAID, and Kantar among others.

2022 — Responding to New Market Needs

During this year of dramatic geopolitical shifts, we expanded our work to support clients requiring trustworthy intelligence, complex background checks, and strategic insights. Our work drew broad attention, resulting in 300+ media mentions in 2021–2022. We expanded our OSINT ecosystem by acquiring X-Ray, a specialized platform designed for deep contact sourcing and social media data analysis.

2023 — Strengthening Media & Institutional Collaboration

We expanded our cooperation with Ukrainian and international media and analytical agencies, providing assistance to high-quality projects based on thorough research and fact-checking, thus consolidating the reputation of a source that could be reliable. In September Molfar Intelligence acquired AIN.ua, Ukraine’s leading media outlet specializing in technology, startups, and the IT business ecosystem.

2024 — Expanding Expertise Through Education

With the increasing popularity of intelligence-themed knowledge, Molfar Intelligence has created several educational programs and training courses with over 7,000 students. Our team has also contributed towards implementation of digital security fundamentals into the school curriculum in Ukraine.

2025 — Establishing a Company & Institute Ecosystem

The decision to split our commercial and non-profit activities led us to better serve our customers.

Molfar Intelligence now focuses exclusively on commercial investigations, providing clients with high-quality intelligence gathering, strategic research, and complex background analysis.
Molfar Intelligence Institute leads educational and social-impact projects.
