Roberta Brzezinski

Managing Partner, Catharsis Energy Partners

Roberta Brzezinski launched Catharsis Energy Partners after 30 years as a fund manager, institutional investor, entrepreneur and M&A advisor in emerging markets infrastructure and private equity. As a principal investor, she has worked across Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America and India with the International Finance Corporation, AIG Infrastructure Funds, Abris Capital Partners and La Caisse (CDPQ), Canada's second-largest pension fund. At Capitalworks Investment Management she led emerging markets investing and served as CEO of a NASDAQ-listed investment vehicle. Most recently, as senior partner and head of Americas business intelligence at Control Risks, she advised the world's largest infrastructure investors on cross-border transactions. She also sits on the Investment Committee of a Latin America-focused private debt fund managed by Darby International Capital. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University and an AB from Harvard College.

Edward Bogan

Retired CIA Operations Officer

Edward Bogan retired from the US Central Intelligence Agency after 24 years of operational service across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Latin America. He served as Chief of Station in two overseas assignments and as Chief of Base in three others. Five of his seven overseas assignments were in countries affected by armed conflict. He is a recipient of the CIA's Distinguished Intelligence Medal and the Director of National Intelligence's Intelligence Award. Since retiring, he has served as a Strategic Advisor to technology and defence-technology companies, and he is a member of the Atlantic Council's Counterterrorism Group.

Gabrielius Landsbergis

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania (2020–2024)

Gabrielius Landsbergis served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania from 2020 to 2024. During his tenure, Lithuania became one of the strongest voices in NATO on the response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. He chaired the Homeland Union Party from 2015 to 2024 and was a Member of the Lithuanian Parliament from 2016 to 2024. In 2025–2026, he was the Bernard and Susan Liautaud Visiting Fellow at Stanford University.

Horton Beebe-Center

President Emeritus, Eurasia Foundation, Vice President for Strategic Development, Kyiv School of Economics

Horton Beebe-Center is President Emeritus of Eurasia Foundation and Vice President for Strategic Development at the Kyiv School of Economics. At Eurasia Foundation, Horton played a key role in the establishment of several pioneering institutions throughout the Eurasia region, including Ukraine's East Europe Foundation and the Kyiv School of Economics. In 2022, he cofounded the Ukraine Youth Action Network, a nonprofit that enables young Ukrainians whose lives have been disrupted by war to connect with peers in the United States, build friendships, and collaborate on initiatives that benefit Ukraine.
