Overview

As part of the programme of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Winter Meeting, the Ukrainian delegation hosted a dedicated exhibition highlighting Ukraine’s defence innovation model and its evolving defence technology ecosystem.

The showcase presented how Ukraine has built an operational innovation chain during wartime — transforming frontline needs into deployable technological solutions. The exhibition mapped the full cycle of innovation through four interconnected pillars: Need, Solution, Evidence, and Accountability.
