Aboutn the Role

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused B2B Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract — and help us expand our client base across Ukrainian and international markets. What You’ll Do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and deal closing
  • Identify and attract new B2B clients on the Ukrainian and international markets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, transforming them into long-term strategic partnerships
  • Conduct negotiations, deliver product presentations, and finalize contracts
  • Represent the company at online and offline conferences and industry events
  • Analyze the market and competitors; develop strategies to increase sales volumes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting

  • English B2 or higher
  • Strong self-organization, responsibility, and deadline management
  • High ethical standards and genuine interest in socially meaningful projects
