HUMINT Specialist (SMM)

About the Role

Molfar is a company specializing in OSINT & HUMINT research. We help businesses, investors, and government institutions assess risks, analyze markets, conduct background checks on people and companies, and make well-informed strategic decisions. Our team combines specialized OSINT software, in-house data-mining and automation tools, and a deep analytical approach — backed by thorough information validation and structured conclusions. As our HUMINT department expands, we are looking for a HUMINT Specialist (SMM) who will ensure the stable operation of account and technical infrastructure on social media and wants to grow at the intersection of SMM, operational work, and information research.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, verify, and maintain social media accounts, and monitor their status
• Perform operational tasks within the SMM direction: working with posts, comments, and other activity formats according to assigned tasks
• Monitor the operation of parsing and other automated processes, identifying errors, failures, and delays
• Work with databases, sources, proxies, and other components required for stable infrastructure operation
• Document technical issues, prepare clear bug descriptions for developers, communicate on their resolution, and verify the result after fixes
• Document processes and workflows (Google Docs / spreadsheets) so the team can easily use and pass on accumulated knowledge
• Collaborate with the SMM team, developers, OSINT specialists, and other project participants

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: SMM, digital projects, social media account management, technical support, or operational work with online services or automated systems
• English proficiency from B1+ level
• High attention to detail and the ability to work with a large number of accounts, data, and repetitive operations without losing quality
• A responsible attitude toward confidential information and adherence to internal security rules
• Genuine interest in HUMINT / OSINT and a desire to grow professionally

Nice to Have

• Experience with parsers, proxies, anti-detect browsers, automation tools, or managing a large number of accounts
