About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Education Program Coordinator to support the operational delivery of our educational programs. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth program execution — from operational logistics to document control and budget management.

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-end operational support of educational programs and intensives
  • Operational administration of the learning process across programs
  • Document flow management and reporting within contractual obligations
  • Budget planning and financial control of program expenses
  • Marketing coordination: monitoring ad campaigns and interpreting performance analytics
  • Content support for the marketing team based on in-depth product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and results orientation
  • English B1+
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs) — must-have; experience with task management tools (Trello or similar)
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics and ability to interpret analytics; P&L knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with LMS platforms (SendPulse, EducateMe, Moodle, Kajabi, etc.) and/or WordPress — advantage
