About the Role
Molfar is a company specializing in OSINT & HUMINT research. We help businesses, investors, and government institutions assess risks, analyze markets, conduct background checks on people and companies, and make well-informed strategic decisions. Our team combines specialized OSINT software, in-house data-mining tools, and a deep analytical approach — backed by thorough information validation and structured conclusions. As our team expands, we are looking for a HUMINT Specialist who wants to grow in the field of analytics, research, and information work.
What You’ll Do
- Gather information from open sources and conduct market research
- Communicate with people: conduct interviews, clarify and validate data
- Perform structured analysis of gathered information, compare sources, and form conclusions
- Verify the accuracy of information through cross-referencing methods (OSINT, analytical materials, databases)
- Collaborate with OSINT specialists, analysts, and the research team on joint projects
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in roles involving active communication with people (sales, customer support, journalism, teaching, account management, etc.)
- English proficiency from B1 level
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of information
- Genuine interest in HUMINT / OSINT and a desire to grow professionally in analytics
- Nice-to-have: experience with research, interviews, or information validation
- Native or fluent Ukrainian language proficiency (both written and spoken)
