Registry of Individuals Involved in the Production of Russian Drones "Shakhed" and "Lancet"

Drones play a pivotal role in modern warfare, providing a unique capability for reconnaissance, delivering pinpoint strikes, and executing missions without direct human involvement. During the course of a full-scale war, the Russians have actively developed their UAV manufacturing industry. Currently, there is substantial evidence indicating that they are repurposing their own civilian industrial complexes into military factories, where they produce "Shakhed" and "Lancet" drones.

In this registry, we disclose information about Russian individuals involved in these manufacturing operations. These individuals are responsible for the production of "Shakhed" drones, with the intended purpose of destroying Ukraine's infrastructure and civilian population, among other objectives. They are also involved in the production of "Lancet" drones. The first reports about "Lancet" UAVs surfaced in 2019, and by 2021, Russian propagandist television showcased videos detailing their use in Syria.
