Molfar conducted an investigation into the criminal activities of collaborators in the Kharkiv region, the city of Kupyansk: they turned out to be representatives of the youth council, who were supported by older people in the family, at least one of the parents entered into relations with the occupiers. All those involved in the case became collaborators of their own accord.
